Currently Nautilus Aviation has a fleet of top-of-the range piston and turbine powered helicopters across 5 operating bases. Our diverse fleet includes: R44, Bell 206, B206L, Bell 505X, Bell 407, Bell 412, Airbus H125, and H130.

The position of “ground crew” is a core function of the daily operations and customer service for Nautilus Aviation’s Cairns base.

Core Responsibilities /n

/n

- Maintain a high level of Customer Service delivery to all clients. (Including on time departures)

/n

- Conduct passenger transfers using company vehicles as required.

/n

- Check-in & departure areas presentation maintained (cleanliness & briefing equipment etc)

/n

- Conduct safety briefings prior departures and safely manage the loading / unloading of company aircraft and completion of required pap

/n

- Maintain positive,



professional and co-operative working relationships with other departments, staff, management team, strategic partners, agents, clients and members of the public as per the company SOPs.

/n

- Physically fit and able to lift 20L fuel drums in and out of vehicles etc.

/n

- Loading and unloading passengers for flights to/from the Cairns base.

/n

- Solid Customer focus and attention to customer needs and requirements

/n

- Previous experience in customer service roles

/n

- Excellent communication and administration skills with a clear focus on delivering exceptional customer service

/n

- Team player and commitment to teamwork

/n

- Self-motivated with a drive to make things happen

/n

- Bright and happy nature and physically fit to excel in this active role, lifting is regularly required.

/n

- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced workplace and be able to adapt to different tasks within the role

- Positive Safety attitude

Requirements /n

/n

- Must be legally eligible to work in Australia and able to work weekend and public holidays.

/n

- Must hold current Australian Driver license (Manual) or willing to obtain

/n

- The ability to hold an Aviation Security Card (ASIC) which involves a police security check and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

/n

- Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

/n
