We are seeking a talented and experienced Short Order Cook to join our dynamic team at Easts Leagues Brisbane. As a Short Order Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time role based in our Coorparoo, QLD location.

/n

Weekend/Night availability is required for this position.

What you’ll be doing /n

Preparing a variety of dishes to order in a timely and efficient manner

/n

Maintaining a clean and organised work station to ensure food safety and quality standards are met

/n

Collaborating with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service and a positive customer experience

/n

Adhering to all health and safety regulations and following established procedures

/n

Assisting with menu development and providing feedback on new dish ideas

/n

Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills

What we’re looking for /n

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Short Order Cook or similar role in a quick-paced hospitality environment

/n

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation

/n

Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple orders efficiently

/n





Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

/n

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to food quality

/n

Food safety and hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain)

/n

Must have Australian work rights
