About the position:

The Software Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust software solutions and AI-enabled workflows that streamline business operations end-to-end. Sitting within our engineering function, this role integrates internal tools, ERP platforms, third-party systems, and modern AI capabilities to drive speed, efficiency, and technical excellence across the company.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will proactively identify opportunities to leverage technology and deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Type Script, Node.js, SQL, Docker, and modern front-end frameworks (Svelte Kit, Vue, or React).

/n

- Build, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled workflows and automations (incorporating LLM APIs, agentic tooling, and MCP integrations) embedded directly into daily business operations.

/n

- Connect internal software, ERP platforms, and third-party tools end-to-end via REST APIs and webhooks, collaborating with external partners to ensure seamless data flow.

/n

- Participate in technical discovery sessions and process walkthroughs; proactively engage with stakeholders to challenge assumptions and translate requirements into practical solutions.

/n

- Ship functional solutions iteratively, evaluate emerging technical tools, and continuously improve systems based on performance and user feedback.

/n

- Maintain detailed documentation of systems,



architecture, and integration decisions to support team continuity, security, and long-term maintainability.

What we are seeking:

/n

/n

- Proven experience as a Software Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, or in a similar technical role within a fast-paced environment.

/n

- Strong proficiency in Type Script, Node.js, SQL, Docker, and modern front-end frameworks (Svelte Kit, Vue, or React), supported by solid HTML and SCSS capability.

/n

- Demonstrated experience integrating systems via REST APIs and webhooks.

/n

- Practical experience building with LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI) or AI-assisted development tools, alongside an active interest in applying AI to practical business processes.

/n

- Strong problem-solving ability, clear written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive approach to taking ownership of business outcomes.

/n
