We're looking for a passionate and experienced Demi Chef to join our kitchen team in Doot Doot Doot.

The Role

/n

As Demi Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering unforgettable dining experiences. Your responsibilities include:

/n

/n

- You will contribute to the smooth running of our kitchen and assist in the management of a section.

/n

- Always observing best practice in food hygiene and health and safety procedures

/n

- Liaise with FOH team on a daily basis

/n

- Lead, coach and mentor junior staff

/n

- Cultivate a positive work environment where learning and development is celebrated

/n

- Able to adapt and succeed in high-pressure service periods

/n

What You'll Bring

We're seeking someone who:

/n

- Have previous experience preferably within a hatted restaurant or 5-star hotel

/n





- Maintain a good level of understanding of the restaurant and hospitality industry

/n

- Go above and beyond to create ongoing memorable and unique guest experiences

/n

- Communicate clearly, professionally and concisely

/n

- Has full working rights in Australia.
