About the role

/n

As the Payroll Specialist, you will report to the Financial Controller and will be responsible for the preparation and processing of the fortnightly company payroll. This role forms part of a small, well-oiled, positive, and professional team and could encompass a range of accounting responsibilities depending on the capabilities and capacity of the successful candidate.

/n

Duties may include:

/n

Prepare and administer the fortnightly payroll:



500+ employees nationally

/n

Act as the main point of contact for senior employee payroll related queries

/n

Administer on / offboarding and national Workcover

/n

Calculate and manage statutory dues

/n

Assist the finance team with ad hoc finance and administration support

/n

Skills & experience

/n

Recent success in a role with similar responsibilities in hands-on payroll processing

/n

Systems savvy, detail oriented and confident with MS Excel

/n

Previous experience with Pronto (desirable)

/n

Positive minded communication expert

/n

Positive, energetic, and progressive national organisation

/n
