Our client is an established commercial pool company servicing aquatic facilities across Melbourne. They're growing steadily and looking for an experienced Pool Technician to join their team on a permanent basis, starting immediately. This role offers $35 to $40 per hour plus superannuation, and suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and the variety that comes with servicing different commercial pool systems across the city.

- Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of commercial swimming pools and aquatic facilities
- $35 to $40 per hour plus super, permanent full-time position with immediate start
- Work across diverse commercial sites, gaining exposure to different pool systems and equipment

Preferred Requirements

- Previous experience as a Pool Technician or Pool Service Technician in a commercial setting
- Strong understanding of pool filtration, pumps, water treatment systems, and chemical maintenance
- Solid mechanical aptitude with practical problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose faults
- Comfortable working outdoors across different commercial sites,



with a current driver's license
- Good communication skills, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship and safety

Preferred Qualifications

- Pool industry experience is a must - a minimum of at least 2 years.
- Plumbing or mechanical trade experience or qualifications
- Demonstrated experience maintaining chlorination systems and filtration equipment in commercial environments
