About the role:

We're looking for an Inventory Specialist to help drive accuracy, improve inventory processes, and support operational performance across the business.

Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Finance teams, you'll use SAP and WMS data to identify inventory issues, investigate root causes, and implement practical solutions. The role combines analytical work with hands-on involvement in the operation, giving you the prospect to make a visible impact on inventory performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role will suit someone who is comfortable working in a changing environment, enjoys solving problems, and can build strong working relationships across the business.

Key responsibilities:

- Drive inventory accuracy and ensure inventory processes comply with company policy and best practices.




- Monitor inventory performance, stock health, and aged inventory, identifying opportunities to improve stock turnover and reduce waste.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Analyse inventory data and provide reporting and insights to support operational and business decision-making.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Finance teams to optimise inventory performance, product availability and customer service outcomes.
- Support stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance inventory control, process efficiency and SAP/WMS compliance.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate inventory performance across the business.
- Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory and WHSE requirements, supporting a Zero Harm culture.

What you bring to the role:

- Experience in inventory management within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
- Robust SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify issues, interpret data and drive outcomes.




- Experience investigating inventory discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to work closely with site teams to resolve inventory challenges.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across the business.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to challenge existing processes.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities and contribute positively as part of a team.
