An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a global organisation operating a highly automated, technology-driven facility in Truganina.

Working as part of the onsite maintenance team, you'll play a key role in keeping sophisticated plant and automated equipment operating safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on position combining planned maintenance, preventative maintenance, fault finding and breakdown response in a modern operational environment.

The Role Your responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out planned, preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance
- Fault finding, diagnosing and repairing mechanical breakdowns
- Responding quickly to breakdowns to minimise equipment downtime
- Maintaining and optimising plant and automated equipment
- Working closely with operations to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Completing maintenance records and reporting
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and compliance

About You We're looking for someone with:

- Trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter, Fitter & Turner or equivalent
- Strong mechanical maintenance and fault-finding experience
- Experience working with plant, machinery or automated equipment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong safety awareness
- Good computer skills and ability to maintain maintenance records
- Current driver's licence
- Working at Heights / rescue certification highly regarded

A Fitter & Turner or equivalent qualification,



mechanical/electrical aptitude and Working at Heights/rescue are specifically identified in the position description.

Experience within manufacturing, food production, logistics, warehousing or another automated environment would be highly regarded.
