An ASX-listed real estate investment trust and fund manager is seeking a System Administrator to act as the subject matter expert and owner of their core ERP platforms.

Based in Melbourne, with location flexibility for the right candidate, this role offers the opportunity to drive a Yardi implementation and take full ownership of the system post go-live. You will work closely with internal teams across Melbourne and Sydney to optimise system performance, deliver reporting, and streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain the Yardi platform, including Voyager, Vendor & Commercial Cafe, Elevate, and P2P.
- Act as the in-house subject matter expert for Yardi and integrated business systems.




- Develop custom reports and analytical dashboards using Yardi tools and Power BI.
- Lead and support system implementations, upgrades, data migrations, and process enhancements.
