About you:

In your new role you will…

- Foster a collaborative engagement approach with clients to embed a coaching culture and improve the leadership and people management capability of CHHHS to best achieve its objectives.
- Identify, analyse and review emerging issues and trends in liaison with specialist P&C; team managers relating to people, culture and organisational capability promoting awareness across the health service.
- Research, and interpret causation issues providing quality,



contemporary and ethical HR advice and recommendations to people leaders on key workforce challenges which support achievement of both the client's and organ.
