What you’ll do:

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and collaborative team member to join the InjuryCare & Workers Compensation team as a Project Coordinator. This key role provides immediate, targeted support to workers compensation claims management stabilisation and DXC system alignment.

You will serve as communicator within theInjuryCare team and with our DXC partners. Your focus will be supporting work focused on governance and project support, and providing operational support to the Group Head of InjuryCare & Workers Compensation and other team members.

- Provide administrative support to the Injurycare team and squads to deliver on key projects and regulator requirements.
- Act as an operational anchor to stabilise claims management and standardise workflows during the DXC project transformation.
- Manage communication across business units and external partners to resolve operational issues and deliver key projects.




- Act as a central contact to triage escalations and track complex payroll discrepancies.
- Organise and maintain evidence lockers to support legal representations and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate team meetings, manage agendas, and ensure action items are followed through to completion whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality

What you’ll bring:

- Ability to navigate complex structures and maintain momentum with stakeholders.

- Quick learner who can identify process gaps, work autonomously and handle confidential data discreetly.

- Strong ability to be meticulous about data integrity, compliance, and record-keeping.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to follow up on deadlines while supporting team members through change.

You do not need to have technical knowledge in workers compensation or InjuryCare. We are looking for individuals who know Woolworths and are able to support and coordinate between teams.
