We’re looking for an Account Manager to grow an established aged care business across Adelaide.

You’ll represent a well-established portfolio across wound care, continence and skin care, working with aged care providers to grow existing accounts, win new business and increase adoption across the portfolio.

About the Role

You’ll own an established territory across the aged care market, managing and growing existing customers while developing new business. The territory covers Adelaide with regional travel typically 2–4 times per year.

- Own and grow your territory - managing an established portfolio of aged care customers while developing recent business.

- Find the opportunity within the account - identifying where wound care, continence or skin care solutions can solve a need and grow the partnership.

- Turn education into adoption - delivering targeted product and clinical education (around 20% of your week)

What We’re Looking For

- Healthcare consumables sales experience - ideally 3+ years, selling into aged care.

- A track record of account growth - building existing business while identifying and converting new opportunities.

- Confidence across different stakeholders, from clinicians and clinical leaders through to procurement and commercial decision-makers.

- The autonomy to own a field-based territory, prioritising the right accounts, managing competing demands and keeping the pipeline moving.
