ABOUT THE ROLE -

Kindred Hair and CO' is looking for skilled and experienced Senior Stylists to become part of our salon team, which is renowned for its relaxed yet luxurious atmosphere.

In this role you will deliver exceptional hair services while ensuring that each client enjoys a comfortable and memorable experience. Our stylish, boutique salons attract a beautiful mix of clientele, and we cherish a good laugh, fostering a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Nurturing a Supportive Team Culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide outstanding hair services

- Educate clients about their hair care / products.

- Cultivate and uphold a loyal clientele in a vibrant, friendly salon.

- Engage in continuous education and training to further develop your skills.

- Contributing to a positive team environment and assisting our emerging stylists with their development

- Actively participating in team meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

- Must possess a Certificate III in Hairdressing or an equivalent international qualification.

- This opportunity calls for a qualified hairdresser, and while extensive experience is ideal, we are open to applications from hairdressers that have recently qualified and looking for an environment that will bring out the best in them.





- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities. Professional, calm, and focused team player

- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple clients.
