Two Moons is a boutique brand and digital agency working with businesses across Australia. We handle web, brand, design and digital marketing under one roof, and we're growing.

We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Account Manager who is equally comfortable with strategy and execution. The role is primarily social, with eDMs and broader digital content also in the mix. You'll sit across the table from clients, work out what they need, and then build the campaign that delivers it. You'll be running several clients at once, so you need to be organised, explicit-headed and able to keep a lot moving without losing the detail.

What you'll be doing

- Building social strategies for a varied client portfolio, based on audience, market and competitor research, and presenting them to clients in person

- Planning, running and optimising paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, with the tracking and bid management to prove return

- Writing content people stop to read, from ad copy and posts to eDMs and articles

- Creating visual content, including short-form video, and knowing what will work on each platform

- Briefing our design team on campaign creative

- Finding and managing influencers and UGC creators who genuinely suit the brand





- Reporting on performance and turning the numbers into clear recommendations

What you'll bring

- At least 3 years planning, writing and managing social media campaigns, including paid

- A track record of improving campaign performance, with results you can walk us through

- Strong writing skills. This matters to us more than almost anything else on this list

- A good eye for visuals, and you're confident to edit a video

- Strategic thinking, and the ability to explain it simply

- Confidence presenting to clients and fielding their questions

- Excellent organisation and time management across multiple accounts

- Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

- Experience with eDM platforms such as Mailchimp is a plus

- An understanding of SEO, Google Ads and Google Analytics is a real advantage
