We’re looking for an experienced Product Development - Project Manager to join our Lighting team on a fixed-term contract, with a dedicated focus on product development and engineering delivery. This is a hands-on project leadership role for someone who enjoys working closely with technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders to move complex projects from concept through to implementation and handover.

You’ll take ownership of project scope, plans, timelines, resources, risks and deliverables—creating the structure and momentum needed to deliver quality products on time and to budget.

What you’ll do

- Lead complex, cross-functional lighting product development and engineering projects from initiation through to implementation.
- Establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones and success measures.
- Build and manage integrated project plans across engineering, operations, commercial and supplier workstreams.
- Coordinate engineering activities, dependencies, resources and critical paths.
- Drive accountability for project milestones, deliverables and timelines.
- Identify risks, resolve issues and remove blockers to maintain project momentum.
- Work closely with internal and external Engineering leaders and technical teams to translate objectives into practical delivery plans.
- Manage suppliers, contractors and delivery partners, ensuring quality, performance and contractual commitments are achieved.
- Lead project governance forums, steering committees and status reviews.
- Provide clear reporting on project health, schedule, costs, risks,



dependencies and key decisions.
- Challenge assumptions, identify gaps and influence decisions that support successful project outcomes.

You’ll be a pragmatic and commercially aware Project Manager with proven experience leading engineering, technical or product development projects in a fast-paced workplace.

You’ll bring:

- Significant experience managing complex projects or programs, ideally within product development, engineering, manufacturing or automotive.
- A proven ability to define scope, develop integrated plans and deliver against challenging timelines.
- Experience coordinating engineering or technical teams and managing complex dependencies.
- Strong supplier and vendor management capability, including performance management and escalation.
- Confidence influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial and operational acumen.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on delivery.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools, ideally including Wrike.
