We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join a technology team on an initial contract basis within the Perth Metro Area. This temporary role will focus on supporting and improving IT systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

This organisation has a large IT function and and are a well known brand within the Perth market. They are looking to add great skill and great people to their team.

Description

- Manage and maintain IT systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement system upgrades and updates as required.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the technology team to support ongoing projects.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
- Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Systems Engineer should have:

- Strong technical skills in IT systems management and troubleshooting.




- Proven experience across VMware, AD Entra ID, on prem & cloud, vulnerability remediation patching.
- Experience working with system upgrades and maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of IT security protocols and compliance standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Robust documentation and communication skills.
