About the role

We are currently seeking a Customer Service / Sales Support Officer to join our busy Sales & Marketing team in Banyo.

This role sits at the heart of our dealer network — connecting dealers, consumers and the business — with a strong focus on sales support, reporting, training and event coordination alongside day-to-day customer service.

This is not your typical call centre role. We prioritise quality service delivery and building solid, lasting dealer relationships over call turnover rates.

Who you are

You'll be a passionate, personable and proactive individual who enjoys variety and can work independently. Ideally you'll bring:

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- A personable nature and the ability to build rapport with dealers and consumers

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the confidence to run and analyse reports

- Proven time management, the ability to multitask and prioritise

- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of issues and see them through





- The ability to handle enquiries and complaints in a measured and professional manner

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to everyday tasks

- The ability to follow processes and work well as part of a team

What you'll be working on

- Dealer support, managing phone and email enquiries and maintaining dealer accounts

- Running and analysing monthly reports to track dealer performance against the Business Plan

- Supporting the Business Development team with dealer call cycles and sales support tools

- Coordinating dealer training, including online learning modules and on-site or remote training sessions and workshops

- Helping plan and coordinate dealer events, from training to golf days

- Building and strengthening dealer relationships as a key communication link between dealers, production and the business

- Showroom administration and assistance to consumers and visitors

Beneficial experience

- Customer service and/or administrative experience

- Confidence with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including report and data analysis

- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems and practices

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint)
