Previous factory experience is helpful but not essential - full training and support will be provided. This is a great opportunity for people looking to get started in food manufacturing or find ongoing work in a supportive team environment.

About the role
You'll be part of a friendly production team preparing and packaging quality poultry products supplied to supermarkets and households across Australia.
Your day-to-day duties may include:

- Packing, boxing and labelling products
- Weighing and quality checking items
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Stacking and palletising finished products
- General food processing and production duties
- Manual handling of products up to 20kg
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment




- Working with your team to meet daily production requirements

The role involves being on your feet, repetitive tasks and working directly with poultry products, so a willingness to work in a busy production environment is important.

Who we're looking for
You don't need previous experience. We're looking for people who are:

- Reliable and punctual
- Positive and willing to learn
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Comfortable with repetitive manual work
- Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg
- Comfortable working with poultry products
- Available to work day or afternoon shifts
- Able to reliably travel to Mt Kuring-Gai

A few important things to know
This is an ongoing casual position, and the number of hours can vary depending on production requirements. Many employees receive regular full-time hours and overtime when available, but hours can change from week to week.

Due to the site's food safety and biosecurity requirements, applicants must also:

- Have full Australian working rights
- Be comfortable working around flour, gluten, seasonings and marinades
- Not keep poultry, birds or pigs at home
