About the role

A Total Concept Landscape Architects is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect / Designer with 5+ years' post-graduate experience to join the Sydney team. You will play an important role in developing and documenting design outcomes, working across a variety of projects and contributing to collaborative design from initial concept through to detailed documentation and project delivery. Working closely with senior leadership, you will have the opportunity to broaden your experience across Australian projects while developing your understanding of local planning, approvals and construction processes.

Key responsibilities

- Independently lead and deliver landscape architecture projects across multiple stages

- Develop landscape concept designs and detailed documentation packages

- Coordinate, compile and review drawing packages for DA, CDC and CC submissions

- Manage client relationships and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors

- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams throughout project delivery

- Ensure drawings and documentation comply with relevant planning controls, standards and project requirements

- Attend site visits, client meetings and project meetings

- Contribute to a collaborative studio environment and the ongoing development of the practice

About you

- 5+ years' post-graduate experience in landscape architecture

- A relevant qualification in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Design

- Strong design, documentation and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Vectorworks; experience with 3D, SketchUp and InDesign is advantageous

- Demonstrated experience across residential, urban design and multi-residential projects,



including medium- and high-density developments

- A strong understanding of design coordination, documentation and project delivery

- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with clients and consultants

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

- Confidence working independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team

- Strong plant knowledge

- Current driver's licence

- Australian work rights, or eligibility to obtain them
