⚠️ Minimum Requirements (No Exceptions)

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of solid, proven heavy industry/resources experience.

- Licensing: Current High Risk Work Licence

- Site Ready: Proven track record on resource sector sites (shutdown experience is highly regarded).

- Location: Strictly WA-based applicants only.

- Mindset: Uncompromising attitude toward site safety, efficiency, and reliability.

- Pre-employment and ongoing random Drug & Alcohol screening applies.

- Comprehensive in-house vetting including a practical assessment (ORCA internal review) and external VOC (Verification of Competency).
