The Role:

This is a part-time opportunity offering 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, generally from 11:00am to 4:00pm, with flexibility available.

As a Dispensary Technician, you will be an integral part of our pharmacy team, working predominantly within the dispensary and supporting the accurate and efficient delivery of pharmacy services. A key focus of the role will be Webster packing and supporting our nursing home services, alongside prescription processing, stock management and customer service.

- Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
- Prepare and manage Webster packs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

- Support the pharmacy's nursing home services and associated dispensary duties.

- Manage dispensary stock, including monitoring inventory and ordering as required.

- Assist in promoting pharmacy services, including care clinic services and rewards programs.

About You:

- Previous experience as a Dispensary Technician in a community pharmacy environment.

- Previous experience preparing and managing Webster packs will be advantageous
- Solid attention to detail,



with a solid understanding of pharmacy processes and associated administrative tasks
- Customer-focused approach, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Proficiency with prescription processing and inventory management
