Our client is a well-established Canberra advisory firm with a growing Technology Strategy and Business Transformation practice. They work directly with senior leaders across government, corporate and not-for-profit organisations on the problems that matter.

They're looking for a Senior Consultant who can own a workstream, lead a small team and stand in front of a client with confidence.

What you'll do:
Reporting to the Partner leading the practice, you'll run your part of each engagement from scoping through to implementation:

- Develop technology strategies, roadmaps and governance frameworks
- Design operating models, processes and business cases
- Lead programs, PMOs and delivery activity
- Break down complex problems, build the analytical approach and turn evidence into clear recommendations
- Guide and coach consultants and graduates, and review their work

What you bring

- Experience in advisory, professional services, or IT leading technology, digital or transformation engagements




- Structured problem-solving: issue trees, hypotheses, frameworks, and the judgement to know when to use something different
- Solid stakeholder skills. You build trust, read the room and handle concerns diplomatically
- AI or Automation experience is highly regarded
- Broad consulting capability is highly regarded
