your opportunity

In this newly created opportunity, you will be responsible for maximising the value delivered through yourtown’s Digital Experience Platform and associated digital channels. As the Product Owner, you will define priorities, manage platform enhancements, and ensure digital capabilities align with business objectives, customer needs and user experience outcomes.

In this role you will:

- Take ownership of our Digital Experience Platform and website channels, helping ensure they continue to meet the needs of our customers, the business and our teams.
- Lead the final stages of the migration to Optimizely and supporting the ongoing optimisation, enhancement and performance of our digital platforms.
- Work closely with stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to prioritise improvements, resolve issues and deliver new digital capabilities.
- Support and enable business users through training, guidance and documentation, helping teams get the most value from our digital tools and platforms.




- Drive continuous improvement across our digital channels by identifying opportunities to enhance user experience, business outcomes, governance and compliance.

Please note, this position is a full time, maximum term role for a 12 month period.

what we are looking for

- Experience working with digital platforms such as CMS, CRM, DXP or similar technologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions
- Experience using digital insights and analytics to improve performance and user experience
- A proactive, solutions focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement
- The ability to manage competing priorities and build strong working relationships across teams
- Experience with Optimizely or similar digital experience platforms will be highly regarded
