Business Relationship Manager – VIC (12-month contract)

Ficeda Accessories is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated- BRM based in VIC (regional applicants considered).

Business Relationship Manager (12-month contract) role at Ficeda Accessories is a relationship-driven sales position focused on growing dealer accounts, achieving sales targets, market development, and maintaining strong customer partnerships across a regional territory.

Well-established with a reputation for representing global iconic brands, Ficeda Accessories is looking to strengthen its market position in the VIC, focused on supporting Dealers to maximise sales results.

You will have a sound knowledge of the motorcycle industry and be able to work as part of a committed team promoting Ficeda's product range to our dealer network and achieving sales targets, as well as maintaining and developing Ficeda's client base.

You will also require;

· Achieving monthly sales and margin targets.

· Building and maintaining relationships with dealers and customers.

· Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

· Conducting regular dealer visits and maintaining CRM records.

· Promoting products, merchandising, and supporting brand growth.

· Monitoring market trends, competitors,



and customer feedback.

· Delivering dealer sales training and product education.

· Managing warranty claims, returns, and administrative compliance.

· Representing the business at events and shows.

· Providing regular sales and market reports to management.

· Current drivers licence with a clean driving record.

Your sales skills and experience coupled with your drive and passion will see you generating new business by cold calling potential clients.

The role will require monthly travel within VIC. A salary commensurate with the position will be offered, as well as a company-maintained vehicle.
