D365 Developer

Location: Melbourne CBD
Employment Type: Full-time Contract (12 months)

Overview:
Prospect to join a leading professional services organisation to design, develop, and deliver high-impact digital solutions and marketing campaign capabilities. In this role, you will play a central part in enhancing the firm's client-facing systems by driving hands-on D365 development, building custom Power Platform solutions, and working closely with marketing and business teams to achieve their strategic digital goals.

Key Criteria

- Demonstrated experience with hands-on D365 development within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and customer journey environments.

- Power Apps & Power Platform exposure

- Practical SharePoint Online exposure and experience supporting M365 collaboration tools.

- Proven stakeholder engagement experience, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated vendor engagement experience, liaising and collaborating effectively with third-party technology partners.

- Solid understanding of cloud-based integrations, web CMS platforms, and structured deployment processes across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.





Key Relationships

- Internal: Business Solutions Manager, Marketing & BD Teams, IT & Digital Leadership, Key Stakeholders.

- External: Technology Vendors and Third-Party Solution Partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform hands-on D365 development and continuous enhancements across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights/Journeys.

- Lead vendor engagement by liaising and collaborating with external partners to resolve technical issues and deliver platform enhancements.

- Drive stakeholder engagement, partnering with internal teams to provide technical guidance, training, and strategic application support.

- Oversee system governance, coordinating Microsoft Wave updates, testing, and deployment cycles across Dev, UAT, and Production.
