Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our close knit team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work autonomously, read and interpret plans accurately, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects and showcase your skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret joinery plans.

- Construct, assemble, and prepare joinery items for installation.

- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards.

- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively regarding project requirements.

- Assist in the smooth operation of the factory, including taking deliveries,



maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe working workplace.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a qualified Cabinet Maker (Cert III in Cabinetmaking or equivalent)

- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team and manage time effectively.

- Familiarity with various woodworking tools and machinery, including panel saw, edge bander, thicknesser etc.

- Experience with CNC machine favorable but not essential.
