About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to support our day-to-day logistics, inbound freight, warehousing, inventory and fulfilment operations across Australia and New Zealand.

Working closely with the Logistics & Distribution Manager, this role will coordinate international inbound shipments, freight bookings, 3PL warehouse activities, retailer deliveries, inventory movements, returns and operational reporting.

This role suits someone who is organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple warehouses, freight partners and operational priorities.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate freight bookings with freight forwarders and carriers, including pickup, shipment and delivery arrangements.

- Follow up suppliers, factories and freight forwarders on international shipment status.

- Maintain inbound shipment schedules and monitor ETD, ETA, customs clearance and warehouse delivery.

- Coordinate and check shipping documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BOL and AWB.

- Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers and 3PLs to resolve shipment, clearance and delivery issues.

- Coordinate daily activities with AU and NZ 3PL warehouses, including inbound, putaway, outbound and stock movements.

- Monitor open and outstanding customer orders and follow up dispatch and delivery status.

- Coordinate retailer delivery bookings and support delivery requirements for key retail customers.

- Monitor inventory across ERP systems, 3PL WMS/portals and warehouse reports, and assist with stock reconciliation.

- Investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged stock, held stock and operational exceptions.

- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses and other locations when required.





- Maintain and follow up returns / RTS cases and ensure outstanding cases are closed in a timely manner.

- Support returns, redelivery, collection and warehouse disposition activities.

- Maintain inbound, outbound, inventory, returns and operational exception reports.

- Assist with logistics KPI and 3PL performance reporting.

- Work closely with internal Sales, Customer Service, After Sales and Finance teams on logistics-related issues.

About you

- 2–5 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, freight or fulfilment.

- Previous experience working with 3PL warehouses, freight forwarders and carriers.

- Good understanding of international freight, import/export and customs processes.

- Experience coordinating inbound shipments from overseas suppliers.

- Australian logistics or supply chain experience is highly regarded.

- Experience supporting retail, FMCG, consumer electronics or e-commerce operations would be advantageous.

- Experience with ERP/WMS systems; Cin7 experience is desirable.

- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with operational reports and inventory data.

- Solid communication, organisation and follow-up skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment.

- Mandarin language skills are highly regarded, particularly for communication with suppliers and partners in China.

You will be someone who takes ownership, follows issues through to completion and is comfortable coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

This is a hands-on logistics role, so you should be comfortable working with shipment schedules, freight documentation, warehouse operations, inventory discrepancies, retailer deliveries and day-to-day operational exceptions.
