To be successful in this role you must demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- ICT Program Management
Demonstrated program management skills and experience in overseeing and strategically managing the successful delivery of a significant Program comprising multiple large scale, complex and high-risk projects.

- Business Case Development and Strategic Planning
- Extensive experience developing high-quality business cases, investment proposals and strategic program documentation for large-scale ICT initiatives. Demonstrated ability to undertake options analysis, cost-benefit assessments, benefits realisation planning, risk analysis, and investment justification to support funding and governance approvals.

- Demonstrated Program Planning and Delivery Experience
- Recent experience leading complex ICT programs or digital health initiatives from establishment through to successful delivery. Demonstrated ability to provide strategic direction, manage governance, budgets, risks and dependencies, and navigate complex stakeholder environments to achieve organisation outcomes under pressure.
- Leadership and Team Management

- Proven ability to lead, manage and nurture multiple multi-disciplinary project teams, and demonstrated experience in managing a major program budget in the development of successful enterprise solutions, that are responsive to customer needs and sustainable in a large, complex organisational environment, preferably in health care.

- Stakeholder Engagement





- Demonstrated superior negotiation, consultation, facilitation and written and oral communication skills, with the proven ability to develop effective working and strategic relationships and partnerships with a wide variety of senior internal and external stakeholders in an overall environment of change and evolution.

- ICT Knowledge in Health Care:

- Sound knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of Queensland Health's IM/ICT strategies, architectures, formal project management approach and formal reporting framework and their impact on health service delivery in Queensland.

- Healthcare or Digital Health Experience:
Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable, particularly in clinical information system implementation. A background in clinical systems, health IT, or the implementation of digital healthcare solutions will be advantageous.
