About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cert III or Diploma Educator to join our friendly and professional team at The Learning Haven in Ourimbah, NSW. We are seeking an educator for 2-3 days who is available long day care hours. Join a centre where educators matter and work together to create a great centre that they and the children enjoying coming to.

What you'll be doing

- Providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow

- Building positive relationships with children, families and the wider community

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and policies

- Collaborating with the broader team to continually improve the service

What we're looking for

- A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

- Strong supervision and child safety awareness and practice

- A good attitude, friendly personality, good morals and ethics.

- Demonstrated experience working with children in centre based care

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

- A deep understanding of child development and a commitment to promoting children's wellbeing





- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting

- A valid Working with Children Check, up to date First Aid certification, food handling and child safety courses.
