About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Operator to join our team onsite in Lytton, Queensland. This permanent, full-time position is essential for ensuring we continue to provide our foodservice products to the market in a timely and qualified manner. The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable and great at working with a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Organise and store products in designated warehouse areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Operate across dry and chilled (0-4°) environments.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.




- Valid Forklift License.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Dedication, reliability, commitment and a strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred

- Valid MR Truck License.
- No formal education required; however, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Basic computer skills are advantageous but not essential.
