About the Role

Join the Exercise Physiology team at Grampians Health West and enjoy a rewarding career supporting rural and regional communities across Horsham and Stawell. This position is open to both Grade 1 and Grade 2 Exercise Physiologists, making it an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and experienced clinicians alike. Working across outpatient, community and aged care settings, you will deliver evidence-based exercise interventions that help people improve their health, function, independence and quality of life. You'll work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team and contribute to a range of rehabilitation and chronic disease management programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exercise physiology assessments and tailored exercise interventions
- Provide care across musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiometabolic, oncology and aged care services
- Contribute to Cardiac Rehabilitation, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Balance Programs and other group-based services
- Work collaboratively with Allied Health and multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care.
- Participate in quality improvement, career development and evidence-based practice initiatives
- Grade 2 clinicians will also provide clinical leadership, mentoring and support to staff and students

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor or Masters qualification in Exercise Physiology (or equivalent)
- ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (or eligible for accreditation)
- Current driver's licence
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to ongoing learning and providing high-quality patient care
