Team Leader- Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Allied Pinnacle Pty Limited in Yatala, QLD. As the Production Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility and ensuring the efficient and effective production of our high-quality products. This is a full-time, permanent position, working night shift.

What you'll be doing

- Implement and monitor production processes and procedures to ensure compliance with quality, safety and efficiency standards

- Lead, motivate and develop a team of production workers to achieve daily and weekly production targets
- Identify and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner

- Liaise with other departments, such as logistics and maintenance,



to coordinate the production schedule and ensure the smooth running of the facility

- Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to team members, and support their professional development

- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality

- Ensure a safe work environment by promoting and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures

What we're looking for

- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles

- Proven experience as a Production Team Leader or similar role in a manufacturing or logistics environment
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders

- Familiarity with production management software and data analysis tools

- Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field, or equivalent experience ie Baking and Food Processing Cert IV
