As a Reservations Specialist, you’ll represent Scenic’s award‑winning river, ocean, and land journeys - premium products known for innovation, elegance, and 6‑star service.

You’ll be the voice of our brand, turning enquiries into bookings, building meaningful relationships, and guiding guests and travel agents through unforgettable travel experiences. Every interaction is a chance to inspire, delight, and create wonder.

You don’t need to be an expert on luxury travel or have extensive travel experience to succeed in this role. We provide a comprehensive training program to build your product knowledge, sales skills and confidence, ensuring you’re fully equipped and set up for success before you begin taking bookings.

We are currently seeking candidates for full-time opportunities (38 hours per week).

What You’ll Do

- Drive sales through inbound and outbound calls, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings from our Travel Agent parters and guests.

- Upsell and cross‑sell luxury cruise and land journeys, tailoring recommendations to guest preferences.

- Manage reservations with precision—capturing guest details,



preferences, and special requests to deliver a seamless, personalised experience.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service from booking to boarding.

- Stay up to date with Scenic’s product portfolio, promotions, and policies to maximise every sales opportunity.

About You
