The role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Project Manager to join Rheem on an 18-month fixed-term contract and support the delivery of key initiatives within our Record to Report (R2R) Transformation Program.

As part of Rheem's finance transformation journey, you will lead projects that drive process improvement, technology enablement, and operational efficiency across the Finance function. Partnering with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve intended business outcomes.

Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, you will work closely with the Project & Change Manager - Finance and the Project Management Office (PMO) to successfully deliver strategic transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of finance transformation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
- Develop business requirements, business cases, and project documentation.
- Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies,



and stakeholder communications.
- Analyse and document current-state and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and process design activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend practical business solutions.
- Collaborate with Finance SMEs, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
- Drive change management activities, including communications, training, and user readiness initiatives.
- Track project success metrics, report progress, and escalate risks or issues through appropriate governance forums.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring a combination of project management expertise, business improvement experience and solid stakeholder engagement skills.

- Proven experience delivering digital transformation and business improvement initiatives within large and complex organisations.
- Strong project management experience, including planning, governance, execution, financial management and reporting across multiple projects.
- Demonstrated experience supporting transformation programs within a Finance function.
- Ability to define, analyse and articulate business problems and translate them into practical solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate information, identify trends and communicate insights effectively.
- Experience facilitating workshops and driving business process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Well-developed negotiation and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

- Experience in SAP S4 Hana implementations
- A Degree qualification in a business discipline
- A Project Management qualification (Agile, Lean, DMAIC, Design Thinking, etc.)
