The role

This is an entry level role with no experienced required. As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our boking team and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is an exciting prospect for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a collaborate environment and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Account Managers and Brokers

• Assist with client communications and policy documentation

• Maintain accurate records and manage client data

• Liaise with insurers and clients to ensure smooth processing of policies

• Contribute to a positive and professional team workplace

What We’re Looking For

• Reliability and a strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn and grow within the role

• Previous experience in administration or customer service is preferred, but open to candidates looking to take the first step in their corporate career.





• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel

• Excellent communication and organisation skills
