THE ROLE

As a Senior Associate in Audit, you will report directly to a Partner and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality assurance services. You will:

- Lead audit teams and supervise junior staff, providing coaching and guidance.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute audits, ensuring compliance with qualified standards and firm protocols.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing insights and recommendations.

- Manage multiple concurrent audit engagements, prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.

- Contribute to account strategy and delivery, leveraging data, technology, and analytics.

- Participate in client meetings, including planning and closing sessions, and contribute to proposals and reporting.

YOU

You are a CA, CPA, ACCA (or equivalent) qualified professional with at least 3 years’ experience in a Big 4 or second-tier accounting firm. You have:

- Proven experience leading audits and supervising teams.





- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and complex accounting matters.

- Ability to build client trust and provide value-added recommendations.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and strong attention to detail.

You thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and are committed to coaching and mentoring junior team members.
