About the Role

This is a senior kitchen position working across our restaurant, café, sports bar, functions, conferences and room service operations. No two days are the same, and we are looking for someone who thrives under pressure while maintaining high standards and consistency

What We’re Looking For

· Qualified Chef with Certificate IV

· Minimum 3 year full time experience in a similar role

· A genuine passion for food and hospitality

· Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude

· Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

· Creativity and commitment to quality product





· Applicants must have full Australian working rights

Key Responsibilities

· Food preparation and service across multiple outlets

· Assisting with menu development and innovation

· Maintaining food quality and presentation standards

· Stock control and supplier relationships

· Assisting with wage, food cost and turnover targets

· Ensuring compliance with Food Safety, WHS and IR standards

· Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff

Position Details

· Full-time position

· Salary: $70,000 – $79,500 per year
