Team Leader / Client Service Manager – Property Management

Are you an experienced Property Manager ready to step away from managing your own permanent portfolio and into a broader team leadership and operational support role?

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader / Client Service Manager to work alongside the General Manager and provide hands-on support across a busy Property Management department.

This is a diverse role combining team support, relief property management, training, compliance and day-to-day operations. You’ll be the person the team can turn to when they need guidance, assistance or an experienced set of hands.

The Role:

You will work closely with the General Manager to support the smooth operation of the Property Management department while providing leadership and assistance to the wider team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide operational and day-to-day support to the Property Management team
- Cover Property Manager portfolios during annual and sick leave
- Assist the Leasing Team when required
- Support and troubleshoot more complex property management matters
- Assist with staff training and onboarding
- Support the GM with team management and development
- Assist with KPI reporting and performance tracking
- Support compliance management across the department
- Handle QCAT matters and provide guidance to the team
- Provide general operational support across the office

Importantly,



this is a relief role with no permanent portfolio. When providing leave coverage, portfolios are generally around 150–160 properties.

About You:

We’re looking for someone with a strong Property Management background who enjoys helping others and can confidently step in wherever needed.

You will ideally have:

- Strong Property Management experience
- QCAT experience – essential
- Excellent knowledge of property management processes and legislation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- The confidence to support, guide and train other team members
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- The ability to work closely with the General Manager and wider team
