National Workforce is looking for experienced Manufacturing Assemblers to join a busy production operation in Chipping Norton.

This is a great opportunity for people with experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, technical products, metals or engineering environments who are looking for stable, ongoing work with the opportunity to increase your rate after successfully completing probation.

GREAT PAY PROGRESSION

Starting rate: $33 per hour

Increase to up to $38 per hour after successfully completing probation, based on experience, performance and role requirements.

? WHAT YOU LL BE DOING

Working as part of a busy production team, your duties will include:

Product assembly using hand tools

Assembly of components in a production workplace

Operating machinery and production equipment

Working with technical products and components

Quality checking finished products

Moving completed products using trolleys and pallet jacks

Stock counting and inventory duties

Repetitive lifting of up to 10kg

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area

Following all WHS and production procedures

Working to production targets and quality standards

? WHO WE RE LOOKING FOR

We want people who have hands-on assembly experience in a production environment.

Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

Manufacturing assembly

Production environments

Metals manufacturing





Engineering or technical assembly

Mechanical assembly

Hand and power tools

Production or factory environments

Quality control and inspection

You don t need to have experience in every area - we re interested in people who have strong hands-on assembly skills and the right attitude.

YOU LL BE SOMEONE WHO:

Has previous assembly/production experience

Is confident using hand tools

Can read and follow instructions

Has good attention to detail

Is comfortable performing repetitive tasks

Can work to production requirements and deadlines

Takes pride in producing quality work

Is reliable, punctual and committed to consistent attendance

Can work independently and as part of a team

Is physically capable of lifting up to 10kg

Is available 5 days per week, 8 hours per day

Can attend a site walkthrough prior to commencing

Has full Australian working rights
