Job Description

As Venue Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day food and beverage operation, leading a large team and ensuring service standards remain strong through busy and high-volume periods. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who brings energy, organisation and a genuine enjoyment of fast-paced hospitality.

Lead and motivate the front-of-house food and beverage team

Drive excellent guest experiences and consistent service standards

Manage daily operations across busy, high-volume service periods

Support team development, rostering and operational performance

Work closely with the broader leadership team to maintain a positive and high-performing culture

Candidate Profile





You will be an experienced hospitality leader with a strong background in food and beverage operations. You are confident leading from the floor, enjoy busy environments and know how to create structure without losing the energy and personality that makes a great venue successful.

Previous experience managing a busy food and beverage operation

Robust people leadership and team development skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Highly organised with strong operational and service standards

Positive, energetic and genuinely passionate about hospitality
