Summary:

Join FourPL as a Business Analyst and work with customers to understand business challenges, define requirements, improve processes, and support the delivery of business and technology solutions. This role is ideal for a Business Analyst with 3 - 5 years looking to grow their consulting capability across supply chain, logistics, procurement, and enterprise technology projects.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to gather and document requirements.
- Analyse business processes and translate needs into practical solution outcomes.
- Develop process maps, user stories, requirements documentation, and acceptance criteria.
- Support solution design, testing, implementation, and business readiness activities.




- Build strong customer relationships and contribute to successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Robust requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience supporting business and technology transformation projects.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or related field.
- Exposure to supply chain, logistics, procurement, SAP, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Blue Yonder is highly regarded.
- Relevant certifications (IIBA, BABOK, Agile, Coupa, SAP) are desirable.
