We are currently seeking a motivated Cadet Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently studying Civil Engineering who is looking to gain practical, hands-on experience within the civil construction industry while completing their degree.

Working alongside experienced Project Managers, Engineers and site teams, you will gain exposure to a diverse range of civil construction projects and develop the practical skills and knowledge to support your future career in engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Work alongside Project Managers and Engineers to support the day-to-day delivery of civil construction projects.

- Assist with site activities including inspections, quality assurance, measurements and progress tracking.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including ITPs, inspection records, reports and other project records.

- Coordinate with Supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers to support project requirements.

- Contribute to project planning, programming and the monitoring of key milestones.





- Assist with WHS, environmental and quality requirements across project sites.

- Gain exposure to the technical, commercial and operational aspects of delivering civil construction projects.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will:

- Be currently studying a Bachelor of Civil Engineering

- Have a genuine interest in building a career within the civil construction industry.

- Be eager to learn and develop your practical engineering knowledge.

- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Be organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities.

- Have good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Be comfortable working across both site and office environments.

- Hold a current Australian driver's licence.
