About the role
The Digital Marketing Assistant plays an important role in promoting Adelaide as a leading study destination and connecting with prospective and current international students. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, you will collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers to deliver high-quality content and initiatives across StudyAdelaide’s digital channels.
You will be responsible for:
- Creating, scheduling and publishing engaging content across StudyAdelaide’s social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
- Developing, publishing and maintaining website content, including webpages, blogs, student stories and campaign content.
- Monitoring social media performance, online engagement and enquiries.
- Supporting SEO, AEO and GEO initiatives through content optimisation, keyword research and website improvements.
- Supporting digital marketing campaigns, CRM activities and reporting.
This is a full time position offered on a three year contract. Salary will be negotiated according to skills and experience. Occasional out-of-hours work, including weekends, may be required for events and activities.
About you
You are an organised and proactive digital marketing professional who brings initiative, attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
You are comfortable balancing multiple priorities while creating engaging, high-quality content across digital channels.
Your skills include:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related field.
- Experience creating content and managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Experience maintaining website content and working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
Experience in international education, multilingual websites, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite or similar reporting platforms would be highly regarded.
