About the role

The SDA Business Development Manager is responsible for driving occupancy across Supavest's Specialist Disability Accommodation portfolio. The role builds and manages relationships across the NDIS sector to identify eligible participants, SIL providers and referral partners who may be suitable for Supavest's available SDA homes. The SDA BDM owns the provider and referral database, outreach strategy, stakeholder relationships, participant opportunities and occupancy pipeline from initial contact through to qualified handover.

Key responsibilities

- Drive SDA occupancy by generating qualified participant opportunities for available Supavest properties

- Build relationships with SIL providers, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, allied health professionals, hospital/discharge teams and other NDIS referral partners

- Build and maintain the provider database using sources including the NDIS Commission Register, SDA Housing Hub and industry networks

- Research and enrich provider contacts and maintain accurate, clean records within HubSpot

- Run proactive outreach campaigns through Aircall, HubSpot email campaigns and direct relationship building





- Qualify SIL providers and referral partners, including understanding their participant pipeline, geographical coverage and current accommodation requirements

- Match participants and providers to specific SDA dwellings based on location, SDA category, participant requirements and property suitability

- Manage property-specific occupancy campaigns for vacant and upcoming SDA dwellings

- Build referral networks and keep Supavest's available properties front of mind across the NDIS community

- Attend and develop industry relationships through networking, open homes, provider meetings and relevant disability-sector events

About you

- Responsible for database building, calling, follow-ups and outreach activity

- Maintain structured follow-up processes so opportunities are continually progressed rather than lost after initial contact

- Report monthly on SDA business development and occupancy KPIs, including outreach activity, referral partners engaged, participant leads, qualified opportunities, property matches, inspections and successful move-ins
