Ellipse Property is Decode Group's property development business, focused on identifying, developing and delivering high-quality residential projects across Sydney. Working closely with Decode's construction, design and project teams, Ellipse brings together the expertise required to take developments from concept through to completion and sale.

We're looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join the Ellipse team and support the delivery of our property sales operations.

The Role:

Reporting to the Associate Director, Design, Marketing & Sales, you'll support the day-to-day sales operations across Ellipse's property developments.

Working closely with sales, marketing, finance and project teams, you'll coordinate contracts, manage Propertybase, maintain sales data and reporting, and support the smooth running of sales campaigns and display suites.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating contracts, exchanges and special conditions throughout the sales process.
• Managing product reservations and maintaining accurate pricing within Propertybase.
• Maintaining CRM data, sales trackers and reporting dashboards.
• Preparing sales reports and monitoring performance data.
• Supporting the sales team with systems, processes and day-to-day administration.
• Coordinating with marketing to support sales campaigns and activity.
• Managing sales incentives and ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Supporting the management and presentation of Ellipse display suites.




• Conducting regular visits to display suites to ensure they meet company standards.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams, external agencies, consultants and suppliers.

About you:

You're an organised and commercially minded property professional who enjoys working across people, systems and processes. You have strong attention to detail, understand the property sales environment and are confident managing multiple priorities.

You'll also bring:

• Experience within property development, real estate or property sales is desirable.
• Hands-on experience using Propertybase is essential.
• Experience supporting sales teams or coordinating sales administration and processes.
• Robust attention to detail, particularly when working with contracts, pricing and sales data.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A genuine interest in property development and sales.
