Business Development Manager – Property Management

Aeon is recruiting on behalf of a lomg standing client for a Business Development Manager to grow its property management portfolio. This is an opportunity for a relationship focused real estate professional who enjoys winning new business and delivering a great experience for property owners and investors.

The role:

You’ll build a robust pipeline of prospective clients, turn enquiries into new managements and develop referral relationships across the Brisbane property market. From the first conversation through to onboarding, you’ll help clients feel confident in their decision to engage this agency.

You’ll:

- Prospect for new business through referrals, the sales team, database activity and your own network.
- Conduct rental appraisals and present the agency’s property management services.
- Follow up enquiries, manage your pipeline in the CRM and work towards growth targets.
- Build relationships with investors, owners, developers and local referral partners.
- Work closely with the property management team to ensure a smooth handover for new clients.




- Represent the business at networking and community events.

About you:

You have experience in real estate, property management, sales or business development, and you’re confident building relationships and converting opportunities. You’re organised, proactive and comfortable working towards targets while providing excellent client service.

You’ll also need a current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Real Estate Licence, a driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle. Property management experience, an established Brisbane network or familiarity with platforms such as PropertyMe, VaultRE or Inspect Real Estate would be an advantage.
