About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Construction Worker / Multi-Skilled Operator to join a busy civil construction team across a range of projects in Adelaide.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is hands-on, reliable and confident operating civil construction machinery, with previous experience in asphalt, concreting and general civil works.

You will be working as part of a professional team, contributing to a variety of civil construction and infrastructure projects.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience working in civil construction
- Experience with asphalt and concreting
- Experience operating a range of mobile plant and machinery
- Current tickets/licences for machinery such as:
- Skid Steer
- Excavator
- Digger
- Other relevant civil construction machinery

- A solid understanding of civil construction work practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong commitment to safety and following site procedures
- Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities may include:

- Operating skid steers, excavators,



diggers and other civil construction machinery
- Assisting with asphalt works and road construction
- Concreting and general civil construction duties
- Performing general labouring duties when required
- Supporting the wider construction team to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
- Following site safety requirements and maintaining a clean and organised work area
