YOUR ROLE

We're looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Storeperson to join our Parkinson team.

You'll be involved across the entire warehouse operation, from receiving incoming equipment through to picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety and the opportunity to work with specialist fire and rescue products that are very different from what you'd find in a standard warehouse.

Your day will include:

- Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Preparing and dispatching freight
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Operating a forklift
- Coordinating with transport providers
- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control
- Updating warehouse systems and maintaining accurate records
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
- Supporting the wider FRSA service and operations teams when required

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who knows their way around a warehouse and takes pride in getting things right.

You'll be reliable,



organised and comfortable working in a busy environment where accuracy and safety matter.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous warehouse, stores or distribution experience
- A current LF forklift licence
- A current driver's licence
- Experience picking, packing, receiving and dispatching stock
- Confidence using basic computer or warehouse systems
- Good attention to detail
- A strong safety focus
- The physical capability to perform a hands-on warehouse role
- A reliable, positive and team-focused approach

Experience within fire, safety, industrial or technical products would be useful, but isn't essential. We'll teach you the products.
