We are currently partnering with an enterprise organisation to recruit a Workday Finance Specialist (Finance & Procurement). In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day functional support, system updates, and continuous improvement across core financial and procurement tools.

What you will be doing

- System Administration & Support: Act as the first line of support to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve user tickets and business process queries.
- Module Maintenance: Assist with the ongoing configuration and support of core Workday Finance and Procurement functionality.
- Process Optimisation: Review, test, and improve business workflows to streamline daily operations for end-users.
- Release Management: Support bi-annual Workday feature updates by testing current features and evaluating their impact on business processes.




- Reporting & Training: Build custom reports and dashboards to support business stakeholders, while creating simple user guides to help train teams.

What we are looking for

- Workday Experience: 2–4+ years of hands-on experience supporting or working with Workday Finance and Procurement modules.
- Practical Skills: Familiarity with Workday business processes, basic security settings, and custom reporting.
- Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of standard financial, purchasing, and business workflows.
- Problem Solving: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose system errors and provide user-friendly solutions.
