- $70,559 - $76,612 per annum + Super (further increase January 2027)

- Based at our Yallourn Campus, with occasional travel to other TAFE Gippsland campuses (pool car is available when travel is required)

About the role

Join our Marketing and Communications team and play an important role in supporting the delivery of TAFE Gippsland’s marketing activities, events and promotional initiatives. As the Marketing Administrator, you will provide varied administrative and coordination support across the team, helping bring marketing projects and events to life.

In this varied role, you will:

- Provide administrative support across a busy Marketing and Communications team

- Coordinate marketing merchandise, promotional materials and branded resources

- Support the planning and delivery of events across TAFE Gippsland

- Coordinate event logistics, registrations, communications and materials

- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support marketing activities and events

- Maintain marketing resources, records and asset libraries

- Respond to marketing enquiries and help coordinate requests from across the organisation

- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and ways of working

Working as part of a team-oriented and creative team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to marketing activities that support TAFE Gippsland’s brand, students, staff and wider community.

About you

You are a highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys variety, coordination and working with people. You take pride in delivering accurate work, managing competing priorities and providing a positive experience for internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Experience providing administrative support in a busy environment

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Confidence working with Microsoft Office and learning new systems

- A customer-focused and professional approach

- The ability to work collaboratively while taking initiative and managing your own priorities

- An interest in marketing, communications, events or a related field

- A relevant post-secondary qualification or studies in Business, Marketing or a related field (desirable)

Mandatory requirements

- Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance

- Current Police Check (not older than 12 months old)

- Current Driver’s Licence

- A 6-month probationary period applies to this role
